Next week, for the second time in a row, we will have to celebrate Easter from home. Fortunately, this year again, the catering industry provides some very tasty Easter brunches for at home. We have selected 6 toppings that we are sure you will enjoy. Now, the message is to be quick, because the menus are selling out fast!
Tom’s Diner – Brugge

Tom’s Diner is a well-known name in the region.
More info here: www.tomsdiner.be
Pickup possible on Saturday 3 April between 17h and 18h and on Sunday 4 April between 11h and 12h.
Baracca – Leuven

Who is from Leuven, of course knows the Baracca. A well-known name in the region, and they owe it to their always fantastic dishes. Indeed, we are dealing with a fan here. Baracca is a food-sharing concept, where you can enjoy delicious dishes with a Italian twist together. Or is it Italian dishes with a delicious twist? Both are correct, we think. For Easter, Baracca provides a brunch box, which consists of very many different dishes: zucchini, scrambled eggs, poffers, salmon gravad lax, viennoiserie & we could go on and on. For the vegetarians among us, there is also a veggie version. The price for one person is 60 euros. Order this box together with your bubble and let it taste really hard.

The boxes will be available for delivery or collection at Baracca on Sunday 4 and Monday 5 April.
Le pristine – Antwerpen

Le Pristine couldn’t be missing from this list, of course. The (fairly) recent restaurant of Sergio Herman was an immediate success, but that was not unexpected news. Everything Sergio touches seems to turn into gold. Le Pristine is an Italian inspired food concept that seems to be running at 200% even during this pandemic. It would not be Sergio Herman, of course, if he did not give it his own Zeeland twist. In short, a setting that makes you feel both in the south of Italy and in the dense Zeeland. For Easter, Le Pristine provides an Easter box for 2 persons, as well as for 3 persons. In this box, first of all there is an aperitif, a Hierbas De Las Dunas cocktail. And then we have the menu, which consists of carpaccio Gambero Rosso, shaddock with asparagus, cooked milk lamb Pyrénées and easter eggs. Of course all a bit more extensive than mentioned here. For the box for 2 people you pay 190 euro. Not cheap, we admit, but Le Pristine is really something you have to try. It is worth the money.

The Easter box can be ordered until Thursday 1 April, 8pm. The box itself can be picked up at various locations in NL and BE on Saturday 3rd April between 15h and 16h.
lys D’Or – Gent

At Lys D’Or, chef Ignace Wattenberge is behind the cooker. A man with a lot of experience and you can tell from the dishes he prepares. The kitchen is characterised by classic French-Belgian dishes, always with an original touch, allowing the kitchen to reinvent itself every time. For the Easter menu, they have chosen a four-course menu, serving an asparagus salad as a starter, ravioli of king crab as a second course, choice between lamb fillet or sole, and choose between a sweet dessert or cheeseboard for dessert. For all this, you pay €62 per person. Pure enjoyment.
More info here: www.lysdor.be
The Easter menu is available on Friday 2 April, Saturday 3 April and Sunday 4 April. Pick up is possible between 15h and 18h on Friday and Saturday. Delivery is also possible, up to 20km around Ghent.
Roch – Hasselt

And finally we have this lovely address in Hasselt, ROSCH. With 14.5/20 in the Gault Millau, we can be confident that this ‘Lockbox’ (as ROSCH calls it) will be a hit. Their box consists of small dishes, all of which are meant to be shared. You have root hummus, burrata, tostada, minced lamb… For 65 euros you have a box for 2 people, which is a nice price for all this goodies. We wish you a lot of culinary pleasure together.
More info here: www.rosch.be
Pick-up possible on Friday 2 April between 17:00 and 18:30 and on Saturday 3 April between 15:00 and 16:30.
Sir Kwinten – Lennik

The culinary power duo with Young Chef of the Year Glenn Verhasselt and ex sommelier of the year Gault Millau Yanick Dehandschutter, make it a point of honour to offer the perfect food & wine pairing with their take-away concept. For the Easter menu, both gentlemen pull out all the stops with a delicious 4 or 5 course menu. The box is completed by adding their homemade bread and matching wines. With Bruut, the duo brings a delicious Belgian sparkling wine on the market, directly from their vineyard in Lennik. Ideal for a sparkling Easter dinner! Haste and urgency are good in this case because the boxes sell out quickly!
