The little half-bird, half-hare character, made from milk chocolate with Sao Tome cocoa beans, will take you to the land of a thousand and one flavours this spring with his 24 friends the Creativ’Eggs with cereal praline and his imaginary bestiary with 30 animal creations. This mascot, a mischievous prankster, is entirely hand-sculpted in Pierre Marcolini’s studio. It is the ideal companion to celebrate spring days and moments of togetherness.

EGG’CEPTIONALS
This season, the Easter eggs de la Maison reveal a millefeuille of praline. A real artwork of textures; crunchy, tender and powerful at the same time. Break, crackle and discover a praline of dried fruits accompanied by crispy puffed rice, candied mango, strong cocoa nibs or even a caramel. Each egg is delicately placed on a nest of chocolate straw, which has been shaped by hand using the special cornet technique.

CREATIV’EGGS
Generous eggs with a contemporary shape, revealing the essentials: the reveal of praline accompanied by gooey and crunchy seeds. The light sesame has a subtle touch of hazelnut, the dark sesame a full flavour; the linseeds are crunchy and the pumpkin seeds are a treat.

LIMITED EDITION PATISSERY
A trio of desserts. Surely you can’t resist that? The Easter Kumo is a small pastry as light as a cloud to accompany your Easter meal. Dacquoise of toasted buckwheat, black sesame cream and refreshing yuzu jam. The famous macaroons are also present. The Easter macaroon finds its inspiration in the carrot cake. Enjoy a naturally sweetened orange and carrot ganache with a touch of mint. And last, but definitely not least, the Easter Entremets!
