On arrival, we were greeted by the sight of two majestic villas. The left villa, an oasis of privacy, houses the exclusive private suites, while the right villa embraces a business club and the exquisite restaurant The Charles. From the sophisticated bites of topinambour and bbq chervil tuber to the delicate Dutch shrimp croquette with saffron cream, each dish was an ode to culinary art. The empanadas with duck, the skate wing with comté, and the sea bass with salsify were just a few highlights of this gastronomic symphony. The desserts, a treacle waffle with beet and a cinnamon soufflé, closed the evening perfectly.
