The slogan of Zenology sounds like this: “Bringing hotel luxury home”. We could not have put it better ourselves, because that is exactly what this brand evokes in us. Zenology has its roots in the Netherlands, but the fragrances are made in the South of France. Our favourite fragrance is Tobacco Lignum, a mix of sweet and spicy ingredients. It contains tobacco, saffron and iris root. The scent is very strong & woody, yet with a sweet touch. When you spray Tobacco Lignum in your interior, your mind will wander to southern places.

Rituals should not be missing from this list, of course. Since they are the master in creating wonderful fragrances for both the body and the interior. At Rituals you can choose from a wide range of fragrances. On top of that, you can also choose between different diffusion options: scented candles, scented sticks, aroma diffusers and interior sprays. We chose the Wild Fig, which is available in scented candle, scented sticks and spray. The base of this home fragrance consists of figs, Chinese iris and clover. There are also light accents of cacao and Indian sandalwood. A wonderful fragrance to be in.

Jo Malone is also known for their fantastic fragrances. Their signature fragrance, Lime Basil & Mandarin, is one of their most famous scents and therefore not to be missed in this list. The fragrance includes 3 major elements. The base consists of amberwood, a woody note that provides the warmth to the fragrance. Secondly, you have the core of the fragrance and this is based on basil, which provides the spicy finish. Finally, there is the element of mandarin, which makes the fragrance feel fruity. To finish, there is also a slight presence of white thyme and, of course, lime. In short, a fresh smell that gives you a tropical feeling.

The French Diptique is known as luxury candle-making and perfumery. The house is celebrating their 60th anniversary this year, so it certainly has some experience on the counter. Diptique knows how to create the perfect fragrance and you can feel and smell it. Their bestseller is Baies, a fragrance based on roses and finished with the sweetness of the blackcurrant leaves. A very fresh fragrance, which is especially pleasant in the spring season. Keep an eye on this brand this year, because we have a feeling that with their 60th anniversary, they will have some surprises
