The renowned bureau Binst Architects was commissioned by Groep Versluys to design this special project. Louise On Top in Knokke
The exclusivity of this project can only be found in Knokke. Louise On Top is a four-storey extension to an existing building on the corner of the Zeedijk. Four mezzanine flats will appear on the 7th and 8th floors and the 9th and 10th floors will be the new home of the owners of three duplex flats. The cream of the crop measures no less than 209 m², has four bedrooms and a terrace of 23 m². The asking price was 3,000,000 euros, but it has now been sold, just like the rest of the project.

One Beach in De Haan
After more than thirty years, construction will resume on the sea dyke of De Haan. With respect for the special environment, One Beach will be built in the typical Concession style.
