Our culinary journey began with two appetizers. A delectable tartare of Irish beef enriched with foie gras and olive cream, and a tartare of sea bass fillet combined with Malines asparagus and a fresh jelly of kalamansi. These dishes were a true feast for the senses, illustrating Chef Meyers’ creativity and originality.




Main course: a perfect balance of flavors
The main course was a true symphony of flavors. The half extracted lobster, served with a nicoise of vegetables and a mousse of chorizo, showed perfect harmony. The slow-cooked veal cutlet, accompanied by a selection of carrots and a sauce of cardamon, was also a hit. Both dishes exemplified Chef Meyers’ unique and original preparation methods.


Dessert: The specialty of the house
For dessert, we both chose the house specialty: the Dame Blanche. Three delicious homemade vanilla ice cream balls topped with a delectable chocolate sauce and finished with a nice crunch. It was the perfect ending to a culinary journey we will long remember.
