The elegant assortment is characterized by rich and complementary flavor combinations, exclusively made from plant-based ingredients of natural origin. Moreover, the pralines are free from palm oil and made with 100% sustainably produced cocoa. Get ready to enjoy pralines with the same delicious taste as traditional Neuhaus treats, but vegan.

The Same Delicious Taste and Quality
Neuhaus is one of the first Belgian chocolatiers to introduce a collection of vegan pralines. The goal? To develop plant-based treats that match the quality and taste of traditional pralines. The main base ingredients have been replaced with plant-based alternatives, such as Peru chocolate (64% cocoa) without butterfat, and plant-based ‘milk’ chocolate made from chickpea protein concentrate. This ingredient offers a similar taste, mouthfeel, and color to traditional milk chocolate. The plant-based white chocolate is also made with chickpea protein concentrate.
In the caramel fillings, milk fat was replaced by coconut fat and for the other dairy ingredients, Neuhaus chose pea protein. For the creamy texture of a traditional ganache, a fruity puree of mandarin and yuzu was used. This allows you to experience the same taste sensation as a classic ganache.
