The Maison Pierre Marcolini is heading to Italy with its new Dolce Vita collection. The first stop is Bergamo where we will taste the new bean to bar frozen creations. Room ice cream, made with fresh milk from the Farm Colyn in the Belgian Ardennes and 100% organic crème fraîche from Fromagerie de Herve or sorbets brimming with fruit coulis and accompanied by crunchy layer of chocolate. This summer, the beloved cacao infusions are making their comeback with 3 new craft recipes! Pure you taste all the power of chocolate. A touch of ginger adds a little spice or try the mint-citrus blend for a fresh twist. Cacao is naturally rich in polyphenols and minerals, which makes these infusions stimulating, hydrating and antioxidant. Drink them warm or cold, the choice is yours!

Baci di Dama

Two hazelnut cookies embrace a ganache of Grand Cru chocolate. The Maison Pierre Marcolini is packing in a new version of the Baci di Dama or ‘ladies’ kisses’, the emblematic cookies that come straight from the Piedmont region.

The Kumos

A summer pastry, as light as a cloud. For this summer collection, the Maison came up with a whole new version of the Kumo. It pays tribute to the Japanese poetry with 2 delicious, summery recipes.
