In times of crisis, you can do two things: throw in the towel or make the best of it. The latter is what festival organiser Marijn Venmans did.
As organiser of the Sunrise Festival, among others, the outbreak of corona meant a big, long dash through the events calendar. Apart from the fact that it brought his business to a complete and prolonged halt, it also created a feeling of personal emptiness. His sense of purpose only really became clear when it was no longer possible: bringing people together and connecting them through a great experience at an event or festival. That is why Venmans decided to market his own ‘vaccine’: Vaccin d’Amour, a more than symbolic way to love each other and enjoy the beautiful things in life together.

Exotic fruits and positive effects
Vaccin d’Amour is an exceptional combination of macerates and distillates and consists of 100% natural ingredients. A total of ten to be precise. All ingredients – from exotic fruits to local spices – each have a positive and powerful effect, but are known above all for their sensual qualities. Cherry stands for sensuality, it provides a fruity accent and a full red colour, and Asian gingseng has been considered an aphrodisiac for centuries. Sage brings an exciting bitterness, grapefruit provides a nice balance and mistletoe works its magic.
